Card on File Policy

To help ensure smooth and efficient service for all of my clients, I require a valid credit or debit card to be held on file at the time of booking. Please know that your card will not be charged unless you break the cancellation policy or fail to show up for your appointment.

Why is this policy in place?
As a small business, I strive to accommodate all clients by offering appointments in a timely manner. When a last-minute cancellation or no-show occurs, it prevents other clients from taking that time slot, which can significantly impact my business. Holding a card on file ensures that I can continue providing high-quality service while minimizing disruption to both you and other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge to the card on file, typically a percentage of the service price.

late arrival policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I always strive to accommodate my clients as best I can. However, to ensure that I am able to provide the highest quality of service to each person, I have a late arrival policy in place.

If you arrive late to your appointment
 I will do my best to complete your service in the remaining time. However, if your lateness shortens the available appointment time, I may need to adjust the services you requested in order to stay on schedule for the next client. If we are unable to complete the full service, I may need to reschedule a follow-up appointment to finish the work.

For appointments more than 15 minutes late
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a late fee. The late fee is typically 50% of the service price.

To avoid any inconvenience, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you're running late so I can plan accordingly.
